Police: Man fooled women into exposing their feet

Several female students at the University of Washington in Seattle have had to get back on their feet again.
Police say two dozen students were fooled into exposing their feet to a 31-year-old man with a foot fetish. They say the man has posed as both a psychology student and a fortune-teller in order to convince his victims to let him ogle and even fondle their feet.
According to Ray Wittmier, Assistant Chief of Police at the university, after the police received multiple complaints, the man, whose name has not been released, was identified by one of his victims.
Wittmier said the man admitted he followed students into their dormitories. He then attempted to convince the women that he was a psychology student conducting a survey and needed to examine their feet. Other times, he claimed to be a fortune-teller, saying he could read lines on the bottom of feet.
According to Wittmier, the man told police that "he's always been into feet. He likes feet. That's his thing."
"Some of us like faces, and some of us are apparently into feet," Wittmier said.
Wittmier said the man will probably only be charged with trespassing for unlawfully entering the dormitories, because "technically the things that he was doing as far as his foot fetish were legal."
